Tony’s focus is on project delivery, keeping projects moving and teams aligned. He leads multidisciplinary engineering teams with a calm, considered approach, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, and timeline, no matter the scale or complexity. Clients value his steady leadership and ability to bring structure and confidence to every stage of delivery.

With over 30 years of experience, including two decades on oil and gas projects (onshore and offshore), Tony has worked on platform designs in the North Sea, pipeline systems across Africa and the Middle East, and instrumentation and control systems throughout Europe. He began his career in Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering before progressing into lead roles across Electrical, Process Control & Safety Systems, Fire & Gas Systems, and Field Instrumentation.
