He has over 25 years of experience in the energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors. Shane has led capital works and transformation projects from planning through to operations, across construction, technical, operational, commercial, and team management activities. He is a commercially minded executive with a deep understanding of what it takes to get critical projects delivered well.
